ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER ***EALING***

OUTGOING ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIRED IN EALING

We are looking for the following in the ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager candidate in EALING:

• A driven person who thrives on the atmosphere of a lively and busy restaurant environment
• Someone who has fantastic communication skills towards their team and the customers
• An individual who understands how to make a restaurant successful by maintaining high standards throughout the business
• A person who is full of ambition and enthusiasm, always ready to accept a challenge and learn masses along the way
• Someone who shows determination and commitment towards their restaurant
• The ability to work alongside the General Restaurant Manager and their management team while developing into the GM’s role at the same time

Experience:

• Preferably a personal license holder
• A previous supervisory position is essential within an Assistant Restaurant Manager role
• Experience in all aspects of the restaurant trade
• Knowledge of budgeting and GP levels would be advantageous but not essential
• Ability to help train staff members through previous experience of your own
• As an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be expected to lead by example
• The ideal candidate will live within 30 minutes distance from EALING
