We are looking for an experienced and ambitious General Manager.
A business which must be on one of the busiest roads in Essex, near the Lakeside Shopping Centre. A business which has a history of being busy, of being demanding in terms of volume opportunity and which stands out from the normal. There is a great team which needs support, direction, coaching, leadership and then stand back and watch the positive impact you will have. An experienced operator or an experienced deputy who truly wants to make a big name of being successful. If you want a challenge to run a big business, high volumes, with a great team, then this is the role for you!

If you have already held a General Manager position in a guest facing environment, you’ll be used to leading people and developing the business.
