This is an exciting opportunity to shine as a Head Chef within a popular trendy restaurant in one of London's most affluent neighborhoods in London. We are actively searching for an innovative & creative Head Chef to direct this busy London kitchen. The food is modern European with contemporary influences and the setting is flamboyant
As Head Chef you will be leading a team of up to10 chefs within the open plan kitchen and producing food for a 75 cover restaurant, bar and function room. The London restaurant is very popular with the local clientele but also has an influx of clientele from celebrities to media moguls and bankers
The ideal Head Chef will have a passion for contemporary food, in particular presentation, as well as an appreciation for some of the more classic methods and dishes. They will be expected to keep things simple but at the same time make use of quality, fresh seasonal ingredients. This is a busy operation with a steady lunch and vibrant evening trade that is both trendy and relaxed. You will have total autonomy on the menus whilst keeping in zinc with the overall London restaurant concept
In return for your creativity you will receive a generous salary package of up to £50,000
