Job Description:   

This is an integrated Pub and Carvery Restaurant on the High St in Coleshill. It also benefits from a 35 room lodge and two meeting rooms. Redeveloped two and a half years ago at a cost of £1.5mil it represents a very important position in the Pub and Carvery estate. The successful applicant will have strong wet experience, the ability to drive a volume food offer and develop the hotel and meeting room offer.

Role Description: General Manager

We are looking for General Managers with a passion for food, a passion for delivering astounding numbers of covers and sales. Pub & Carvery’s range from those taking £20k per week to those taking over £40k per week. To do these numbers you must have the ability to not only manage large teams but lead & inspire the teams to deliver the highest standards day after day. Our managers are very hands on, very high profile and very happy! The successful applicant will have preferably 2 years experience of managing large volume food businesses taking over £10k of food a week
