Our client is looking for a Sous Chef to help in the running of their recently refurbished Hotel in the North Norfolk town of Great Yarmouth. The hotel is currently looking to push hard for achievements like rosettes and further ****stars.
If you’re an enthusiastic Sous Chef or even a Junior Sous Chef that wants to take that next step this position would be the perfect opportunity to make an impression and name in the catering industry.
As Sous chef you will also be working with the freshest local ingredients for the seasonal and daily changing menus as well as working under a head chef that enjoys and is passionate about producing a great product.
