Head Waiter/ess Required for Luxury Restaurant and Hotel in Derbyshire- Up to £16,000 and live in available!
This luxury multi award winning, rosette accredited restaurant and hotel is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Head Waiter/ess to join the team. The property offers mouth watering cuisine in beautiful surroundings.
As Head Waiter/ess in you will be required to:
- Assist the management in the fine dining restaurant and private dining
- To take reservations, orders, receive and seat clients courteously
- Serving customers, often running the restaurant and managing a team of up to 10+ staff
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
The working pattern is five days in seven working 40 hours per week, reporting to the Conference Manager
The Ideal Head Waiter/ess will be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
The Ideal Head Waiter/ess applicants must also have experience within a top quality rosette acclaimed establishment and the capability to look after a small team.
The Ideal Head Waiter/ess should also be hard working, professional, with a desire to progress in the industry and a passion for the highest standards. A strong knowledge of Food & Wine is desirable for this position and you must be customer focused and willing to go that extra mile.
Live in is available for this position, however having your own transport would be an advantage
