Asst Financial Controller
Our client is part of a national organisation that is currently recruiting for an Asst Financial Controller.
The property has 100+ rooms and the role will be stand alone in unit reporting to an Area FC.
The Role: Asst Financial Controller
Role Criteria
- The ideal AsstFinancial Controller will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience.
- The Asst Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring the department runs smoothly at all times.
- The right Asst Financial Controller will be in charge of the monthly forecasting and entire hotel budget.
- The Asst Financial Controller will be responsible for accounts staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Asst Financial Controller will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Asst Financial Controller must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Asst Financial Controller will have at least 2 / 3 years management or assistant level experience within a similar operation
- Excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Financial Controller looking for their first financial controller’s position.
