Role
As the restaurant manager , you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurant reporting to the General Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Staff management,
·Training and recruitment
·Financial management
·Health and Safety
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience within a high volume restaurant with an excellent attention to detail.
You must demonstrate proven team management and communications skills as well as a hunger to suceed.
