This is Gleneagles' two-rosette award winning restaurant with magnificent views across the estate. The service is stylish and the food is from a classical era. The Strathearn Restaurant has recently achieved an Eat Scotland Silver Award. This accolade reflects The Strathearn's high standards in terms of food, ambience and service.
The STRATHEARN Restaurant is the 2AA Rosette classic style restaurant, where fine cuisine matched with the pick of the world’s wine cellars is served in a formal setting. Service staff, especially Chefs de Rang who have worked in a similar environment are required as are Commis de Rang and Sommelier and Commis Sommelier, who should have a higher wine certificate or similar and an excellent knowledge of fine wine and whisky.
Head Waiter -To assist and support the Restaurant Manager in managing and training employees within the restaurant to maintain the highest standards in all aspects of Food and Beverage services operation.
