As Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the writing of the dessert menu and the cooking and preparation of all the pastries within the kitchen, petit fours, breads, desserts and sorbets to the 2AA Rosette Standard. As Head Pastry chef you will have experience of working within the pastry section of a kitchen for at least 2 years and have the passion and desire to produce some amazing dishes.
