Job Description:

Chef de Partie who wants to work Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm in a brigade of 11 chefs, and part of 4 chef de Parties in this busy staff restaurant and hospitality fine dining.

Catering for 800 employees. Fantastic opportunity to progress as a chef de Partie or it may suit a demi chef looking for a chef de partie position for the first time with this national contract catering company.

Ideally previous contract catering experience would suit the ideal candidate or a chef de partie working within established hotels & restaurants.
