Head Pastry Chef
Our client is a leading 4* Hotel within Hertfordshire which is currently recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef
The operation consists of a 80 cover 2AA rosette restaurant, 200 cover banqueting operation all run by a brigade of 11 chefs within a 70 bedroom hotel

The Role: Pastry Chef
Role Criteria
- The ideal Pastry Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
- The Pastry Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- The Pastry Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
- The Pastry Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
- Pastry Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
- The successful Pastry Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / demi Chef de Partie level within a similar operation.
