Food and Beverage Supervisor
Candidate will require some management skills
Ability to organise your department
Control all areas with Hands on approach
Liase with General manger and Head Chef to help things run smoothly
Lead from front- training lower grades and motivating others
Some previous knowledge of the food and beverage department
Confident and pleasant Manner
Excellent communicator with guests
Extensive experience in food and beverage in Hotels
