Deputy Front of House Manager required for a 4 Star group owned hotel with 255 bedrooms, leisure club and extensive food and beverage facilities. The hotel enjoys 80% occupancy levels catering for both corporate and leisure guests.
As Deputy Front of House Manager you will report into the Front of House Manager and be responsible for a Night Manager, Head Receptionist, Head Concierge and a team of 30. The role will have accountability for staff training, optimising rooms revenue, enhancing the guest service experience, rosters and timesheets and high standards of presentation.
From a 4 or 5 star hotel background you will need at least 2 years experience as an Assistant Reception Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or Head Receptionist in a 150+ bedroom property. You will have a proven track record in working for a branded hotel company and managing teams, developing profit and improving customer care audit scores.
