Conference and Events Sales Manager required for a leading 4 Star Hotel with 200 bedrooms, 22 meeting and events rooms, a la carte restaurant, lounge bar and leisure club.
As Conference and Events Sales Manager you will report into the General Manager and be responsible for an Assistant Sales Manager and team of 4, ensuring they are trained and developed. This is a reactive role ensuring all incoming enquiries are appropriately handled, facilitating conversion and subsequent planning. You will prepare all event details and identify opportunities to upsell to the clients.
From a full service hotel background you will have a proven track record as a Sales Manager or Events Manager and have managed teams. A high standard of personal presentation and excellent communication skills are essential.
