Reception Manager - £16,000 - Luxury Leisure Hotel – Bury St Edmunds

A fantastic chance has arisen for a Receptionist looking for their first Reception Manager position in a beautiful golf and leisure hotel.

The Reception Manager will be responsible for:

2-night porters

2-full time receptionists

1-part time receptionist

Liasing with:

General Manager

H.O.D’s

Sales and Marketing Manager

As Reception Manager your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the reception, making sure that the customer’s first point of contact always leaves a great impression.

You should be a Manager able to defuse adverse situations in a calm manner, organise and lead your team using yourself as an example and always be the best you can be.
