We have inside info into a NEW HEAD CHEF POSITION becoming available in the Colchester area at the end of next month.
The venue is a very busy fine dining Gastro Pub with a brigade of seven looking for a Head Chef to run the day to day operations of the kitchen. As Head Chef you would be working directly under the Executive Chef developing menus, liasing with H.O.D’s, maintaining standards and coordinating staff.
The venue itself would be best described as a Restaurant with rooms and has a strong reputation throughout the area, for high quality 2 rosette standard dishes created from as much fresh local produce as possible.
