Pastry Demi Chef de Partie – Manchester – Award winning hotel and restaurant

A talented and passionate Pastry Demi Chef is required for a luxury hotel in central Manchester.

The hotel has over 150 bedrooms and an AA Rosette award winning restaurant.

The kitchen has a brigade of around 12 and the Head Chef has an excellent reputation throughout Manchester as a great trainer and mentor.

As Demi Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Pastry Chef in the daily running of this busy section. You will assist in the making of pastries, cakes, hot and cold desserts, breads and ice creams. You will also be involved in the ordering of stock, menu planning and stock control.

You will previous Pastry experience within similar properties and ideally have Patisserie qualifications although these are not essential.
