Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef required to work alone as the only chef alongside 2 portersfor this national contract catering company providing all the deli bar & main meal facilities. The Sous Chef duties will include providing a breakfast and lunch service within this open planned kitchen within a staff food hall. The sous chef will also be serving counter service, liasing with the customers. Your duties will also include hospitality sandwiche platters, bento boxes, salad boxes, making fillings, stocking up for the deli bar, cooking the main meal of the day,around 70 hot meals daily, soups . This is a Monday to Friday role working 7.00am-3.30pm, with fantastic benefits for the chosen sous chef working for this company. Ideally the suitable candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role,maybe as a sous chef or a person looking for there first sous chef position
