Business Development Executive – Beer
£23,000 - £25,000 + Bonus (DOE)
My client is a family owned award-winning brewery with an excellent presence across the South, London and the UK
Reporting to the Head of sales in your position as a Business Development Executive, you will liaise with all departments and profitably grow their share of the Craft Beer market in London. Build the category, making them the first choice for customers and you will also be completely crazy about beer, as you will be building their reputation within London.
You will hit the ground running, be very pro-active, hungry, driven and a natural hunter with a superb work ethic.
You will be a Brand Ambassador, 100% representing their brands, with rapid progression for the right person
You will be either a recent graduate in Marketing, Business or Events and want to take your first step into the world of beer, or you are in a similar role as a Business Development Executive covering London and have dealt with Beer, Wine or spirits
You must have a complete love of the beer industry, keep up to date with trends and if you write a beer blog, even better!
Managing the day to day relationships with their Direct Delivered Account base in London, you will profitably sell their portfolio of beers.
You will mostly be maintaining and developing existing relationships, managing and driving volume with their customers: bar owners, operators, wholesalers, restaurateurs and retailers, pub groups such as Stonegate, Greene King, Young’s, Enterprise Inns etc
You will be happy to participate in evening and weekend promotions/ events, or trade shows as required but ultimately….
As a Business Development Executive, you must be passionate about beer and able to work using your own initiative.
