DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton is a newly franchised property from Hilton Worldwide and has recently become rebranded.

We aim to be the first choice venue in the area, known for service, standards and food. We are therefore always looking for customer-focused individuals who are strong team members.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, positive, flexible and passionate Front Office Supervisor to be part of our Front Office Team.

The successful applicant ideally be coming from a large 4* background with experience of successfully supervising all aspects of the reception operation.

You will be responsible for a team of approximately 6 team members in a busy, fast paced & customer focused environment. You will be able to motivate your team and engage with them to increase service standards with a focus on guest experience at the forefront.

We are looking for somebody who will go the extra mile at all times to deliver a great customer experience and surpass customer expectations encouraging repeat business and being the ‘face’ of the hotel

Experience required:

  • Standards orientated with an eye for detail
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety and current legislation
  • Influencer at all levels and able to get employee buy in to operating practices
  • Good organiser
