What do we look for in an Ed’s Easy Diner Kitchen Manager?
To manage, lead and develop a team of people in order to provide the required quality of food, at a pace consistent with the environment, and satisfying the needs of the business whilst ensuring that Company policies, procedures and standards are maintained.
·A passion for all things food and a love of cooking
·Ability to work well under pressure
·A natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team
·A strong in understanding of how to run and manage a professional kitchen
·Realising your potential and helping others to achieve theirs
·Pride in the highest levels of cleanliness and health and safety
·Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced professional kitchen environment as a kitchen manager is desirable.
