People & Culture Manager ** New Opening Hotel ** Canopy by Hilton London City
We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Manager to join the opening team at Canopy London City.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the People & Culture Manager will play a key role providing support to the people operations of the hotel and the day to day running of our vibrant HR department focusing on the entire employee experience from onboarding, induction, engagement, recruitment & retention, training & development, and well-being.
About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR Enthusiast who we anticipate will have at least 2 years’ experience as HR Officer/Advisor within hospitality preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand. You will be a fast learner, adaptable and passionate about creating a fun and inclusive environment. Pre-opening experience is a plus!
