The shift engineer’s main task is to maintain and inspect all plant and ensure all fire life safety checks are done and recorded. Responding to all duty/pager calls whilst on shift. Assisting the day engineer in all major projects and tasks in order to maintain a five star standard for all front of house and back of house guests

Requirements


  • City and guilds part 2 (HVAC or Electrical)

  • Experience in hotel engineering or building services, experience in a similar role is required

  • Effective communication skills , fluent spoken English and good written English

  • Read technical diagrammes

  • Experience in multi-tasking

  • Use of computer systems including BMS, Microsoft office

  • All applicants must be able to work varying shifts (12 hour shifts day and night) including weekends and bank holidays.

  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must be in possession of the relevant passport and visa.
