An Assistant Cook/Kitchen Porter is required for a busy property company in West London. The company provide their employees with a cooked lunch everyday (cooking for about 40-50 people daily) and the Head Chef requires an Assistant. The Assistant will work alongside the Head Chef, and help with preparation of food and will help with some of the cooking. The Assistant will also undertake Kitchen Porter duties, in the form of washing up, cleaning the kitchen and ensuring that the kitchen is compliant with all HACCAP and Health and Safety procedures. The Head Chef will leave the afternoon snack, and the Assistant will be required to serve this to the staff. The food that is cooked is high in protein, low in carbohydrate and very healthy.
