This impressive estate consists of various properties and facilities including extensive leisure facilities.. Our client requires an experienced chief engineer to oversee the day to day running of the department which will include project management, administration and team training and development. Reporting directly into the operations director, this position will require a strategic approach to planning the overall maintenance and upkeep of the estate yet will also require a hands on approach to elements of running the department. The estate operates in a similar fashion to a 5 star hotel, and consequently, our client will be looking for an established chief engineer or maintenance manager from the luxury hotel sector or from a similar high-end residential estate.
