This luxury boutique hotel is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine using only the finest available seasonal ingredients. You will be catering for the restaurants, afternoon tea, bar, events and room service. You must have experience within 5 star hotels or a very high standard fine dining environment. As Chef De Partie, you will be working on all sections and be involved in the training of the junior chefs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas towards new menus.
