“It is amazing how the sector has come together. Within hospitality recruitment we’re speaking to, ultimately, our competitors and are sharing knowledge and have got each other’s backs. I don’t know what other sectors are doing but certainly in hospitality everybody’s come together, even those on furlough and that kind of camaraderie has really been very evident. It makes me so proud to be part of hospitality.”
